SAI provides all monitored security customers with free access to
security account/system information through Customer Internet
Access. This service is provided through a secure internet
website where it is easy to update your security information, view
security reports, perform system tests, obtain certificates of
protection to qualify for Homeowner Insurance discounts and much
more!Account Set-up
If you have not already received a User ID and Password via
e-mail, you can still login to your free Customer Internet Access
account.
- Visit
www.SAI-Security.com and click the Customer Internet Access
tab.
- Scroll to the bottom left of the page and click on the link
labeled "New User?... Set Up Your Account" and submit the
information requested.
- SAI will verify your account information and email your new
User ID and Password to the email address provided.
Logging On
- Visit
www.SAI-Security.com and click the Customer Internet Access
tab.
- Login by entering your User ID and Password in the fields
provided.
Forgot Your Password
- Visit
www.SAI-Security.com and click the Customer Internet Access
tab.
- Scroll to the bottom left of the page and click on the link
labeled "Forgot Your Password?" and submit the information
requested.
- SAI will e-mail a new Password to the e-mail address on file
for your security system's account.
Forgot Your User ID
- Visit
www.SAI-Security.com and click the Customer Internet Access
tab.
- Scroll to the bottom left of the page and click on the link
labeled "Forgot your User ID?" and submit the information
requested.
- SAI will e-mail your User ID to the e-mail address on file
for your security system's account.
