1. When the security system is triggered, a signal is sent to the central monitoring center.
2. SAI's computer systems automatically determine the nature of the emergency and sends this data to a trained central monitoring center operator.
3. A SAI operator will contact the premises to verify the alarm status.  If there is no answer or the alarm is not cancelled by someone providing the correct Personal Identification Number then:
4. SAI will dispatch the appropriate emergency response personnel.  Please note that the following conditions must be met before emergency response personnel are dispatched.

        a.  Verification of an alarm signal by the central monitoring center
        b.  No answer or incorrect Personal Identification Number provided
        c.  Receipt of a fire pr panic/duress alarm signal

Note:  Calling 911 provides the fastest access to fire, police and medical response agencies if available in your area.  You should also be aware that the central monitoring center maintains electronic and recorded records of all alarm signal communications.
