Change Your Emergency Contact List Via the Web and Customer Internet Access:

1. Visit www.SAI-Security.com and click the Customer Internet Access button.
2. Login with your User ID and Password.
3. Click the "My Security System" tab.
4. Click the "Responsible Parties" link.
5. Follow the instructions.

Or, Change Your Emergency Contact List Via the Phone:

1. Call the SAI central monitoring center at (800) 705-7681.
2. Inform the operator you wish to change your emergency contact list.  You will need to provide the following information:
   • Your name and/or your SAI Account Number
   • Your Personal Identification Number
3. Provide the operator with the changes you would like to make.

Note:  Remember to update your emergency contact list anytime a contact's phone number changes, including the area code.
